Residents and stakeholders are hereby informed that, following a resolution taken by Council on 31 March 2026, municipal offices will close early on Thursday, 2 April 2026, ahead of the Easter weekend.
Please take note of the following arrangements:
-Municipal offices will close at 12:00 on Thursday, 2 April 2026.
-Cashiers will close at 11:00 to allow for end-of-day reconciliation processes.
-Normal operations will resume on Tuesday, 7 April 2026.
Residents are further advised that all essential services will continue to operate uninterrupted during this period. This includes services such as refuse collection, which will proceed according to the normal schedule.
This is a reminder that payments can still be made online through our Collab Citizen App and electricity can be purchased through any of the retail service providers.
The municipality apologises for any inconvenience caused and encourages residents to plan accordingly.
