Subcontractor Information Session- Destiny Farm

The Department of Human Settlements has issued an invitation through its Implementing Agent (ASLA) to all local subcontractors to attend the Destiny Farm Housing Project (Top Structures) Information Session, which will provide guidance on the project scope, participation requirements, and procurement processes. The session will take place on 02 July 2026, from 10:00 to 11:30, at the Villiersdorp Municipal Hall.
Theewaterskloof Municipality remains committed to ensuring that this catalytic Human Settlements project delivers more than just quality homes. Through the Destiny Farm Housing Project, we are driving Local Economic Development (LED) by creating opportunities for local subcontractors, supporting emerging businesses, creating employment, and transferring valuable construction skills that will remain within the communities of Theewaterskloof long after the project has been completed.
