RECEPTIONIST / SWITCH BOARD OPERATOR – CALEDON (HEAD OFFICE)

Responsibilities would involve the following: Answering and directing of all incoming calls * taking messages when necessary * Receiving and directing public * Handling post and parcels at the front desk * rendering a counter service to direct visitors to scheduled meetings and direct them to the correct venue * rendering a support service regarding information requested from the public * other duties as requested from time to time.
