Salary: Post level T09 – Between: R210 336.00 p.a. and R272 964.00 p.a.
Responsibilities would involve the following: Provide administrative support to the Deputy Director: Community Services
* Handling of day-to-day correspondence * co-ordinate events hosted by the directorate * confirm and update the diary of the Deputy Director * Overtime administration * Update and co-ordinate the Directorate’s SDBIP, Eunomia and Risk Register * Co-ordination of Contract Reporting in liaison with Managers to ensure compliance* Contract administration for 3 year tenders and drafting of reports to Council * Responsible for Inventory Management * Assist with any logistical arrangements within the Directorate * Taking minutes of meetings* Handle enquiries and complaints * Monitor leave in liaison with Deputy Director and Managers * other duties as requested from time to time.
