Salary: Post level T13 – Between: R371 544.00 p.a. and R482 232.00 p.a. plus an Essential Travel Allowance of R6517.94 per month subject to the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Council’s Essential Travel Allowance Policy.
Responsibilities would involve the following : Develop, implement and monitor a SOP for site inspections processes across housing projects * ensure that all housing projects achieve and maintain compliance with legal, contractual and safety requirements * ensure that onsite occupational health and safety requirements are met and complied with * investigate the type of projects * negotiate with different stakeholders regarding services that will be delivered on a specific project * undertake in-house research regarding possible new projects * write report to senior management * responsible for quality control and overall integrity of the project * ensure that top structures are in compliance to the agreed plans * ensure compliance with technical specifications * consult with communities * budget control * other duties as requested from time to time.
