Description

The most eligible candidate must be in possession of a Senior Certificate with accountancy; mathematics or mathematics literacy as one of the subjects (certified copy must be attached) with four (4) years relevant experience OR at least a relevant National Diploma with one (1) year relevant experience. Must be computer literate (MS Word / Excel / Outlook). Must have the ability to work under pressure with excellent time management skills. Be able to communicate in at least two (2) of the three (3) official languages in the Western Cape, namely English, Afrikaans and Xhosa.

Description

A relevant tertiary qualification (NQF7) and a minimum of five (5) years management experience as well as work experience in the public sector will serve as a recommendation. Candidates must also have proven knowledge of public participation processes, project management, client service, financial management, capacity building and participatory management. A valid code B driver’s license and computer literary will also be required.

The most eligible candidate must be in possession of a National Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5 years relevant experience. Be fully computer literate. MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE: DRIVERS LICENSE TEST CENTRE (DLTC)

Description

The most eligible candidate must be in possession of a Gr.12 Certificate and Examiner of Driving License Diploma. Applicant must be registered as an Examiner of Driving Licenses (Grade B) and in possession of a valid Code EC Driver’s License as well as a valid Professional Driving Permit (PrDP). Must be trained and have a full understanding of the latest Procedure Manual for NaTIS Operators. Must have sound knowledge of the National Road Traffic Act, Act 93/1996. Must be computer literate and be able to communicate in at least 2 (two) of the 3 (three) official languages in the Western Cape, namely English, Afrikaans and Xhosa. No Criminal Record (Important – a valid SAPS Clearance Certificate or proof of application for a SAPS Clearance Certificate must accompany your application. Requirements: The most eligible candidate must be in possession of a Traffic Officer Diploma plus Traffic Management Higher Certificate (NQF - Level 5) with 5 years relevant experience. A valid code EB driver’s License. A valid Training Certificate issued by a person registered in terms of the South African Qualifications Authority Act, Act 58/1995 read with the Skills Development Act, Act 97/1998 and who is accredited with POSLEC SETA as a service provider to provide training in the safe use and handling of firearms. Description

The most eligible candidate must be in possession of a Grade 12 certificate with a three (3) year tertiary qualification in one of the following building environment related fields: Construction Management Building; Building; Quantity Surveying; Architecture OR Grade 12 with Certificate (Red Seal) in Building (Bricklaying / Carpentry/Plumbing) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience within in a local authority and/or a minimum of 2 years construction site experience OR A Grade 12 certificate with a minimum of 3 years experience within the built environment within a local authority and/or a minimum of 3 years construction site experience. Candidates must be able to work under pressure. Must be physical fit and able to work at heights. A valid Code B driver’s license.
